Who we are
ArteRápida is a product operated at arterapida.com. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how you stay in control of your data. For any question, write to our contact email.
Data we collect
We collect only what's needed to deliver the service: your email and identity when you sign in (Google or magic link via Supabase), the prompts and briefs you submit to generate artwork, the generated images and any brand/logo files you choose to attach, payment records (via Stripe), and anonymous usage metrics (via PostHog).
Subprocessors
We use the following subprocessors: Supabase (authentication, database, storage), Stripe (payments), PostHog (anonymized analytics), image rendering provider. Each handles your data under its own terms. We never share your identity or content with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and to record anonymous generations (no personal data). PostHog records UX interactions in masked mode - input fields, emails and any sensitive data are never captured. You can block cookies in your browser at any time, with partial loss of functionality.
Uploads and generated artwork
Logos and brand images you upload are stored privately and used only as visual context for generation. The artworks you generate are stored in your history. You decide if any artwork becomes publicly visible via the editor toggle - nothing is made public by default.
Audio (voice prompt)
When you tap the microphone to speak your idea, the audio is sent to our transcription provider only to be converted into text. We don't store the audio file, don't surface it in history and don't forward it to analytics. The transcribed text appears in the prompt field for you to review before generating.
Your rights (LGPD)
Under Brazilian LGPD (the local equivalent of GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, export, anonymize or delete your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, simply email us. We respond within 15 business days.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Upon deletion request, we remove your profile, history, credits and files within 30 days - except financial records required by law.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When meaningful changes happen, we'll let you know by email. The last-updated date is shown at the top.
